Starbucks at the Metro Centre - dish water would have had more coffee in it than the one I had. Never again.

Google the Canadian review of their teabags, which they are well aware of, plastic leaching into your tea!! Despicable company!!

Really poor service at the Worcester cathedral branch. Refused to let me use my own cup - my local branch does. And what’s the difference between buying a recycled Starbucks cup and using my own. Starbucks get it sorted. Either you can use your own cup or you can’t and it should be the same at every branch.

I've been a Gold member for the last 6 years and bought coffee 4-6 times a week. But, I've finally stopped going to Starbucks because their prices seem to go up by 10%-15% every year. Their majority customers are young people, students and millennials and Covid hit our finances more than anyone in society but Starbucks keeps on hiking its prices by unsustainable amount every time. Not good. Their greed is the reason I'm leaving.My usual tall late was 2.20p two years ago and then went up to 2.45p and then 2.55p and now I got charged 2.85p. No way am I coming back again. Good riddance!!

Your app is an absolute joke, kept crashing whenever we tried to add our modified drinks to our order. When I asked at the shop if he could help me I was informed that I would HAVE to use the app. I explained the app was always crashing and was told there was nothing he could do. Why not use a contactless payment that most other shops have, you do it at the drive-thru so why not at the door? At the drive-thru you pay at arms length using contactless, why not at the door???We are very disappointed as we detoured specifically to visit Starbucks and fell very key down.

Very recently went into starbucks worthing and what a grotty place this is. A good deep clean is in order including the windows. Also for me the worst tasting high street coffee chain. Never going in there again.

Each visitor was asked for a name in order (as it turned out later) to write it on the glass and hand the drink to the guest personally and with a smile. A Starbucks signature? Like "we know all our customers by name"? But personally, I really did not like this approach.

Firstly I must say the rating on my review is overall, not based on an individual or single store.The coffee from my local barista is simply fab & always polite, that's where the good in this company ends!The app never works, either software or in store issues, resulting in long term loss of money for the customer, I have emailed UK customer services & contacted via Facebook but to no avail, not even a reply! Its a sad state of affairs but I emailed Starbucks US & Canada to which I got a reply within 24 hours & numerous messages, really quite shocking that the UK standards are slow. I will consider revising this review if they ever reply!

The coffee was OK - although it took a bit long for the cashier to take my order.despite that, i can say that the service is relatively fine and average

The staff at the large Ipswich Starbucks, a drive thru, are also so friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff! One lady was so nice I had to buy her a bit of cake! The drinks are fab as well, and it is great that they’re dog friendly too. During COVID, they’ve been so on it with precautions as well - feel very safe and comfortable to be in there. Thank you Starbucks staff for being awesome!

Lacks consistency sometimes, usually its alright but sometimes they just get a lot of things wrong before you get your drink made correctly. I'm not a picky person, I have a few simple requests its not that difficult yea?

New app update. Lost my free drinks, my £30 balance has disappeared. Tried to contact their customer service line but there is a recording saying that due to high call volume they have disconnected their phone lines!! Emailed them for past month and nothing. Yet they still boast that they give great customer service. Time for me to boycott Starbucks despite being a gold member. It’s shameful service.

Yay !!! The app is working again and is the same as before.Would have been five star if I was still earning the same points/stars.
